Lyubomir Alexandrov
Lyubomir Alexandrov was born in 1985 in the city of Varna. He has been making music for over 25 years. He graduated from the “Dobri Hristov” National School of Arts, Varna, majoring in trumpet, in Ivan Iliev’s class. In the same year, he won the “Dobri Hristov” competition for the performance of works by Bulgarian composers in the city of Varna. He continues his trumpet studies at the NMA “Prof. Pancho Vladigerov” Sofia and at the Musikhochschule Lübeck – Germany. Graduated from pedagogy at Shumen University “Ep. Konstantin Preslavski”. He performed as a soloist of the Varna State Opera, the Shumen Symphony, the Chamber Orchestra of the Varna teachers “Anima” and “Symfonieta” – Varna, under the conductorship of Stanislav Ushev, Slavil Dimitrov, Georgi Patrikov, Milko Kolarov. He began to study conducting with Slavil Dimitrov, under whose leadership he was admitted to the National Academy of Music “Prof. Pancho Vladigerov” in Sofia, where he graduated in the class of Opera – symphonic conducting of Prof. Deyan Pavlov. In 2021 and 2022, he is an active participant in master classes in conducting by Maestro Georgi Dimitrov. He made his conducting debut with the Symphony Orchestra – Shumen, with which he performed symphonic and educational concerts. Currently Lyubomir Aleksandrov is a trumpeter in the Representative Brass Orchestra of the Naval Forces and the conductor of the brass orchestra at NUI “Dobri Hristov”, Varna
Velislava Stoyanova
Velislava Stoyanova is a graduate of the famous Shumen piano teacher Rositsa Mihailova. After graduating from “Sava Dobroplodni” Secondary School, Shumen, she was admitted to the AMTII “Prof. Asen Diamandiev” / Plovdiv/ “Performing art-piano” in the class of the distinguished teacher Prof. Georgi Petrov. She completed hars master’s degree in the class of Prof. Dr. Romeo Smilkov in June 2014. Since May 2019, she has a scientific-educational degree Doctor at AMTI- Plovdiv with the topic of his doctoral research “Piano aspects in the chamber work of Nikolay Stoykov”. In September 2019, the first monograph “The Piano Ensembles of Nikolay Stoykov” was published. Since February 2017, pianist Velislava Stoyanova has been specializing with Prof. Zbigniev Farinarj (student of Prof. Merzhanov in Moscow) at MA “K. Lipinski”-Wroclaw, Poland in 2018. The pianist participated in master classes of Prof. Anna Prabutzka (Poland), the piano duo Aglika Genova-Lyuben Dimitrov, Sivan Silver-Jill Garberg (Israel) and others. .Velislava Stoyanova and Martin Dafinov are laureates: – I prize and Prize for the best performance of a work by F. Schubert from the IX International Competition “Franz Schubert” – Rousse, November 2013; – III prize from the XIV International Competition in Padua – Italy , June 2016;–.I prize of the IV International Competition “Heirs of Orpheus” in Albena/Varna, September 2016;– I prize of the IX International Competition “Classics and Contemporary” – Stara Zagora, October 2016. In partnership with the pianist Evridika Valcheva from Shumen, there are annual concerts in Poland / Wocław, Bydgoszcz, Krakow, Poznan/. Velislava Stoyanova has joint chamber concerts with the virtuoso Turkish performers Bulent Evgil / flute/ and Lelya and Bayram Bayramogular / flute and oboe/ in 2022. In 2022, together with the Shumen Symphony, she performs Concerto No. 25 in C major by V.A. Mozart conducted by Lubomir Alexandrov. In February 2023, together with Lelya and Bayram Bayramogular, they premiered for Bulgaria “Rhapsody for Flute, Oboe and Piano” by the Turkish composer Yozge Gulbey Usta, conducted by Kalina Vasileva with the Shumen Symphony. Velislava Stoyanova regularly performs in countries such as Poland, Cyprus, Spain, Turkey, etc.
